Puig des Molins Necropolis - UNESCO Phoenician Cemetery
The most extensive and best-preserved Phoenician necropolis in the world, with over 3,000 underground tombs (hypogea) used from 7th century BC through Byzantine era. Five museum rooms trace death rituals across civilizations. Free entry includes helmet-required cave exploration. UNESCO World Heritage since 1999.

Dalt Vila - Phoenician Acropolis to Renaissance Fortress
With 2,500 years of history, Dalt Vila (High Town) began as Phoenician Ibosim in 654 BC. Enter through the 1585 Portal de ses Taules, flanked by headless Roman statues. 25-meter-high walls (5m thick) were built by order of Charles I and Philip II. Free walking tours unravel layers of Phoenician, Roman, Moorish, and Spanish history.

Ibiza's premier winery produces premium wines from ungrafted Monastrell grapes grown without chemicals. Daily tastings (from €19) in the tasting room include cellar and production facility tour. Can Rich Winery - Family Vineyards Since 1995
Family-run winery founded 1995 by Ibizan Antonio Costa. Seven hectares spread around Sant Mateu, Santa Gertrudis, and Sant Agnes villages. Hand pruning and harvesting, vine by vine. Summer tastings (May-October) include aperitifs and local cheese/charcuterie pairings. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 10am-1pm.

MAEF Archaeological Museum - Phoenician Ibiza Treasures
The Museu Arqueologic d'Eivissa i Formentera in Dalt Vila houses the island's Phoenician and Punic treasures. Terracotta figurines of Tanit, amphorae from Mediterranean trade routes, and artifacts from Puig des Molins necropolis. Essential context before or after visiting the archaeological sites.
