Set alarm for 1 hour before sunrise (check exact time the night before). Drive to GPS 43.0605, 11.6214. Park on the roadside. Walk 2 min toward the chapel. Find your angle - the classic shot has the chapel centered with cypress trees flanking it, rolling hills behind. Shoot during blue hour (30 min before sunrise) for moody shots, then golden hour for the classic warm glow.

Walk 200m SOUTH along the road from the main viewpoint. Turn back toward the chapel. From here, you get the chapel with the morning sun behind you (better light on the facade) and a longer view of the rolling hills. Fewer photographers know this angle. The cypresses frame differently - experiment.
