   Enter the Enoteca la Fortezza (inside the fortress walls). Pay €4 at the counter for rampart access. Climb the stone stairs to the walkway. Walk the full circuit—you can see Biondi Santi, Poggio Antico, and dozens of other estates from here. The tower gives the highest vantage point.

   Toast with a Glass of Brunello

   100+ Brunellos available by the glass.

   Order a glass at the enoteca counter before climbing. The 3-wine tasting (€25) is excellent value if you want variety. For sunset, bring your glass up to the ramparts—they allow it. Find a spot facing west toward Poggio Antico and toast as the vineyards turn golden.

   Try a Blind Tasting

   Guess which producer made the wine.

   Ask the staff about their 'blind tasting' option. They'll pour 2-3 Brunellos without telling you the producer. You taste and guess, then they reveal. It's a fun way to test whether you can distinguish different styles within the same appellation.
