   The Musée de la Vigne is inside the lighthouse on the edge of Verzenay (phare-verzenay.com). Entry ~€10. Climb to the top for 360° views across the Montagne de Reims Grand Crus. The lighthouse was built in 1909 as an advertising stunt by Joseph Goulet - arguably the first wine "marketing activation."

   Find the Historic Windmill

   Verzenay's 18th-century windmill overlooks Grand Cru vines.

   Walk from the lighthouse toward the old windmill (visible on the skyline). The 18th-century structure stands sentinel over the Grand Cru vineyards. The contrast - lighthouse and windmill - makes for an iconic photo of two eras watching over Pinot Noir vines.
