Spend 10-15 min scouting and ask locals or tourist office: 'Is QC Terme worth €50+ entry?' If Mont Blanc visibility is zero (fog/clouds), consider skipping and doing wine bars in Courmayeur instead.

   Enter QC Terme (book online €40-60 entry or purchase at desk—peak times book 1 week ahead). Check in, get robe/towel (provided), change into swimsuit. Circuit multiple zones: outdoor thermal pools (37°C), indoor pools, saunas in wooden Alpine huts, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, hydrotherapy waterfalls, relaxation areas. Float in main outdoor pool facing Mont Blanc's south face. Alternate hot and cool zones. Arrive 14:00-15:00 for full circuit. Bring swimsuit and flip-flops (required). Go slow—this is wellness. Best outdoor pool spot: facing Mont Blanc with no people in frame (weekday mornings best for this). The thermal water's minerals (iron, silica) are therapeutic—soak it in. Spend 1.5-2 hours before aperitivo timing.

Pair with aperitivo buffet if available (light snacks, canapés). Carry your wine back to the outdoor thermal pool—outdoor thermal pool + indigenous wine + Mont Blanc view = peak Italian indulgence. Request outdoor terrace seating at bar if available (best Mont Blanc views). Ask bartender: 'What Valle d'Aosta wine do you recommend?'
