The surprise IS the experience. When they gesture to follow, say nothing and descend into 250-million-year-old rock. Feel the temperature drop. This unannounced cellar visit is what separates SanBrite from standard Michelin dining.

   🔄 BACKUP: If for some reason the cellar visit doesn't happen (maybe you're at a different table?), ask at the END: "I heard there's a cheese cellar?" They might offer a quick look.
