   Find the saltwater grotto inside Aquamotion, through the main pool area. It's a dark cavern with a saltwater pool - different from the main facilities. The salinity helps you float, the darkness is meditative. Fewer people know about it, so it's often quieter than the main lagoon. Sit in the dark, float, let the salt work. Some people stay here for an hour. It's oddly profound for a feature inside an aquatic center.
