   The tunnel lift carved into the mountain takes you inside to level 6 where the viewing platforms begin — hold the railing because the sound of 20,000 liters/second hitting rock is overwhelming. Enter at the base (CHF 15 entry) and let the lift carry you into the heart of the mountain where glacier meltwater has been carving these caverns for millennia.

   🔄 BACKUP: If the lift is broken (rare), stairs access all levels - just budget extra time.

   Feel the Spray at Level 10

   The most powerful falls are at level 10 — glacier meltwater from the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau crashing down with primordial force. Take the stairs directly from the lift to the highest platform, stand close, and let the spray hit your face. This water fell as snow on the Eiger centuries ago.

   🔄 BACKUP: If level 10 is too intense (some people find it overwhelming), level 8 offers power with less spray.
